Definition Questions
What are VOBs?
VOBs are Veteran owned businesses. This section of the app displays Veteran and Service Member owned businesses.
What are VSOs?
VSOs are Veterans Service Organizations, or those organizations that provide assistance to Veterans, Service Members, and their families
What are GOV?
GOV are the government or publicly funded organizations that provide support to Veterans, Service Members, and their families
App Functionality Questions
What do I do if I try to edit my business location and it doesn’t move?
The map displays the operating locations, or the physical locations in which businesses operate. You’ll need to move the pin for the operating location to move it on the map.
SupportVets Organization Questions
What countries does SupportVets operate in?
We are preparing the launch officially in the United States on the 4th of July, but have soft launched in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia to provide basic access to Strategic Partners to prepare for launch in their countries.
